Return & Replacement Policy

We have had several questions regarding returning defective or broken items recently, so we’d like to revisit our policy for clarification:

Broken Glass or Expired Products

Any order containing broken glass or expired product must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos and order details when reporting the issue. Replacements will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Important Battery Guidelines

We only cover manufacturer defects on batteries.

  • If you replace batteries in-store and return the product to us for testing, and it is determined not to be a manufacturer defect, the original batteries will be returned to you.
  • If the battery is confirmed to be defective due to manufacturer error, a replacement will be sent to the store.
  • If a customer does not want to leave without a replacement:
  • Please clearly explain our battery defect policy.
  • Collect the batteries along with the customer’s return information.
  • If testing determines the batteries are not manufacturer defective, they may be returned to the customer.
  • If the battery is confirmed to be defective due to manufacturer error, a replacement will be sent to the store.

All Other Product Returns

  • All other products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be in original packaging.
